Gilford gun theft brings arrest of Laconia man
A 19-year-old Laconia man faces multiple theft and burglary charges for allegedly breaking into a Gilford home Sept. 5 and stealing seven guns, police said.
Andrew C. Soboleski, of 107 High St., Laconia, was arrested Monday night on a warrant charging him with one count of burglary and seven counts of theft, all Class A felonies.
He is accused of breaking into a Saltmarsh Pond Road home in Gilford. To date, one gun has been recovered by Belmont police.
Soboleski was being held on $50,000 cash bail pending arraigned at 4th Circuit Court in Laconia today.
Police said they expect additional arrests.
