Mass. $1M lottery winner accused in oil scam jailed after NH arrest
A Chelmsford heating oil business owner — who once won a $1 million lottery jackpot — was ordered held on $250,000 cash bail yesterday after being arraigned on larceny charges for bilking elderly customers, charging them for work he didn’t perform, according to prosecutors.
