MANCHESTER — A city woman lost a bid for new personal recognizance bail Friday in Circuit Court-Manchester District Division because she was out on bail when she was arrested for disorderly conduct.

Tasha Lindbloom, 23, of 99 Hanover St., was also charged with contempt of court, because she was out on bail on charges of theft by unauthorized taking and resisting arrest.

Lindbloom was arrested in April on charges of forging and cashing stolen checks and of running from an officer seeking to arrest her on warrants. Following her arraignment, she was released on $3,000 personal recognizance bail.

She was indicted on the forgery and theft charges by the Hillsborough County North Grand Jury in May.

Judge Gregory Michael Friday rejected Lindbloom's bail request and set bail at the $1,000 cash/sure requested by the prosecutor.

Michael told Lindbloom: “I take a dim view of people getting into more trouble when they are out on bail.”

Trial was set for Sept. 11, the same day as trial on the resisting arrest charge.

Man was booted from mental health court

Jonathan Good, 28, who lists the homeless shelter as his address, was arraigned Friday in Circuit Court-Manchester District Division on a contempt charge.

Good had been referred to Community Connections on a disorderly conduct charge, but was terminated from the mental health court program for non-compliance.

Bail was set at $200 cash/surety and the contempt charge was set for a status hearing on Sept. 10, when he has trial on the disorderly conduct charge.

Accused of drug possession in park

Plainclothes police officers who saw two vehicles pull into Rock Rimmon Park about 3 a.m. Friday morning, in violation of park curfew,said groups got out of both vehicles and appeared to be engaging in a dispute.

Officers who approached the groups identified a person who discarded something on the ground as Edwin Villalobos, 22, of 494 Kimball St. Police said the item discarded was a baggy containing a small amount of cocaine.

Villalobos, who had a New York ID, was charged with possession of a narcotic and arraigned later in the morning in Circuit Court-Manchester District Division.

He could enter no plea to a felony in Circuit Court, so a probable cause hearing was set for Aug. 9 and bail was set at $1,000 cash/surety.
