Winchester man charged in July fire
SWANZEY — A Winchester man was arrested Tuesday on felony arson charges in connection with a July 26 fire, according to a release from the state Fire Marshal's Office.
Cory Louder is charged with starting the fire at 1115 West Swanzey Road. The release did not say how or why Louder allegedly started the fire.
