Man found in Exeter River identified
EXETER — Authorities identified the man found in the Exeter River Tuesday as Paul Marshall, 52, who lived at 18 Exeter Elms Campground.
Police said his death does not appear to be suspicious, based on evidence at the scene as well as an autopsy performed by the state Medical Examiner's Office. However, autopsy results are incomplete because it will be up to five weeks before toxicological test results are received.
The body was discovered about 2:45 p.m. Tuesday in the water behind a campsite at the Exeter Elms Campground.
