Woman, 37, arrested again in Nashua - this time for a bail violation
NASHUA — A woman arrested earlier this summer for allegedly driving a car into her own garage has been arrested again, this time accused of violating a criminal bail order.
Police say April Frantz, 37, of Nashua, was taken into custody Sunday after a domestic dispute at a residence on Lund Street. Authorities say Frantz had allegedly broken items at the home, threatened a man with a knife and also violated a criminal bail order by coming into contact with the man.
Frantz, who fled before police arrived, was eventually located at a residence on Cypress Lane. During her arrest, police allege that Frantz assaulted one of the officers and resisted detention.
She was charged with domestic violence criminal threatening, stalking, simple assault on a police officer, resisting arrest and two counts of criminal mischief.
On June 24, Frantz was arrested for a separate incident after she allegedly drove a car into her own garage.
She will be arraigned on the newest charges today at the 9th Circuit District Court in Nashua.
