Nashua man facing drug charges
NASHUA — A Nashua man is under arrest and accused of selling marijuana in the city.
Sammy Diaz, 37, of 2 Progress Ave., was arrested Tuesday, the result of an investigation spanning several months by detectives in the Narcotics Intelligence Division. He is charged with two counts of unlawful sale of marijuana, both felonies, and possession of marijuana, a misdemeanor charge.
Diaz refused bail and was held at the police station pending arraignment Wednesday in 9th Circuit Court, Nashua District Division.
