Carven wins Halfway to St. Patrick's Day race
Tim Carven won Sunday's Halfway to St. Patrick's Day 5K in 17 minutes, 16 seconds.
Carven, who lives in Kittery Point, Maine, finished 28 seconds ahead of Manchester resident John Brown. Loudon's Warren Bartlett ran third in 17:51.
Manchester's Libby Gendron was the top female finisher.
Gendron placed 13th overall in 19:54.
