Police make arrest at Henniker campground
Henniker police arrested a local man after a brief foot pursuit at the Rock n Birch Campground at 382 Ray Road on Tuesday.
Justin Douglas, 31, who lives on Lot 9A in the campground, is charged with resisting arrest and acts prohibited.
The arrest followed a lengthy investigation into a marijuana growing operation by Henniker police who obtained search warrants to search the campground. They said they seized marijuana plants and marijuana paraphernalia. Hillsborough and Bradford police assisted.
Douglas was ordered held on $7,500 cash bail at his arraignment.
