East Hampstead man arrested for soliciting 2 UNH co-eds
DURHAM – An East Hampstead man was arrested by University of New Hampshire police Wednesday after they say he solicited two female students at a bus stop to perform a sexual act on him.
Donald L. Boyer III, 20, of 32 Mayflower Drive, East Hampstead, has been charged with prostitution and related offenses.
He was released on $10,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in 7th Circuit Court, Dover District Division, Oct. 25 for arraignment.
Officials said Boyer is not a UNH student and has been banned from campus.
He is also suspected of gaining entrance to an on-campus apartment under false pretenses, but no crime was committed, according to information provided by the university. No one was injured in either incident.
