DURHAM — High school juniors and seniors and their families are invited to the University of New Hampshire College Fair being held Thursday, Sept. 27, from 7 to 9 p.m., and Friday, Sept. 28, from 9 to 11 a.m., at the Field House.

The college fair is sponsored by the New England Association for College Admissions Counseling and brings together representatives from more than 230 universities and colleges in the United States and Canada.

Representatives from federal and state education funding sources will also be available to answer questions, and guidance counselors will help guide students toward colleges and universities that meet their needs, whether it is a particular major, class sizes or location.

The fair is in its 19th year and is expected to attract 2,000 high school students.

Sherry Alviso, senior assistant director for admissions with the office of admissions at the University of New Hampshire said students can also arrive early for a tour of the UNH-Durham campus.
