Megan Chase scored the game's only goal in the first half as the Winnacunnet High School field hockey team raised its Division I record to 6-2-0 with a 1-0 win at Merrimack on Monday.

Merrimack, which began the day as the only unbeaten team in the division, dropped to 7-1-1.

Salem 2, Bishop Guertin 1: At Salem, Rachel Denning scored with 1:56 remaining in regulation to give the Blue Devils a victory over Bishop Guertin.

Mikayla Ramsdell assisted on Denning's goal.

BG trailed 1-0 at halftime, but pulled even when Haley Manon scored at 46:13. Salem's Erika Smith opened the scoring with an unassisted goal 1:36 into the contest.

The victory improved Salem's Division I record to 6-3-1. BG dropped to 4-5.

BG goaltender Elizabeth DiCesare made 11 saves. Salem received seven saves from Brianna Rastello.

Pinkerton 6, Manchester Central 1: At Derry, Amanda Feeney scored twice to help the Astros raise their Division I record to 7-1-1.

Pinkerton also received goals from Nicole Yannalfo, Julie Saltamartini, Brooke Dorval and Kaylie DeCosmo. Dorval also collected two assists in the victory.

Carolyn Larkins scored for Central, which trailed 4-1 at halftime and dropped to 1-7-0.

Central goaltender Abby Desharnais made eight saves. Pinkerton's Jordan Dudley stopped four shots.

Londonderry 4, Nashua North 0: At Londonderry, Jackie Curtain scored twice and assisted on another goal as the Lancers improved their Division I record to 7-2-0.

Kelsey Leblanc and Tianna Federico also scored for Londonderry, which led 2-1 at halftime. The loss dropped Nashua North to 0-8-0.

Souhegan 4, Goffstown 0: Devan Hickey scored a pair of goals in the second half as Souhegan of Amherst pulled away and shut out the host Grizzlies on Monday. Haley Forest and Gina Mancini added goals for the Sabers (5-3). Bry Fournier made 11 saves in net for Goffstown (2-7).
