Three arrested in Nashua, charged with drug sales
NASHUA - A local man and a Litchfield woman are under arrest, accused of working together to sell heroin and oxycodone in the city.
Joshua Vandal, 26, of 29 Temple St., Apt. 214, and Melissa Quigley, 24, of 138 Charles Bancroft Highway, were arrested Wednesday afternoon.
Vandal is charged with two counts of unlawful sale of heroin, second offense/school zone; one count of sale of heroin, second offense; and one count sale of oxycodone, second offense/school zone.
Quigley was arrested on three counts of criminal liability to the sale of heroin.
Vandal is being held on $75,000 cash/surety bail, while Quigley's bail was set at $50,000 cash/surety. Their arraignment is set for Thursday in 9th Circuit Court, Nashua District Division.
On Saturday, police arrested a Rochester man for also allegedly selling heroin in the city.
William Lee Braley, 31, of 11 Damours Ave., Apt. 11, was charged with one count of unlawful sale of a narcotic drug, heroin.
All three were arrested after an investigation by the police department's Narcotics Intelligence Division.
