Manchester man charged in car theft
MANCHESTER — A local man was arrested Thursday on charges he stole a car in Maine.
Jonathan Spicer, 42, was spotted by police driving a Volvo stolen in Portland, Maine, on Monday, police Lt. Michael Hurley said.
Spicer was pulled over near the intersection of Spruce and Lincoln streets about 7:30 p.m. after police recognized the plate number as being from a stolen car, Hurley said.
