Dartmouth's Knapp earns share of ECAC golf crown
Junior Sarah Knapp of Dartmouth College earned a share of the individual title at the ECAC Division I Women's Golf Championship in Egg Harbor, N.J. Dartmouth, last year's ECAC Champion, tallied a two-day team score of 647 to finish sixth overall.
Knapp (78-73-151) started the final round tied for seventh and fashioned a one-over-par 73 to share the title with Olivia Chang of Penn.
FPU, SNHU tied: In Endicott, N.Y., the Franklin Pierce University and Southern New Hampshire University golf teams sit in a four-way tie for fifth place following the first day of the 2012 Northeast-10 Conference Championship at the En-Joie Golf Course. American International and Le Moyne are in the four-way tie, all 12 shots behind UMass-Lowell.
A trio of Ravens are among the top 20, including Stew Wise, tied for ninth with his four-over, 76. He is three shots off the lead. Tied for 18th place with six-over 78 scores are Ian Landry of Loudon and Brad Auclair. For SNHU, Scott Underhill of Bedford and Ernie Lupi each posted scores of 76.

UMaine-Farmington 5, NEC 0: In Farmington, Maine, Alida Peake scored three goals in the opening 15 minutes. UMaine-Farmington (6-3-1) remained unbeaten in NAC play at 3-0-1 while NEC (4-7-1) fell to 1-3-0 in the NAC.

New England College 4, UMaine-Farmington 3: In Farmington, Maine, NEC (6-3-2, 2-0-1 NAC) sealed the game when Sebastian Manteau scored in the 81st minute. Rob Lucas and Manny Arteaga scored for NEC.
Volleyball
UNH 3, Binghamton 1: In Vestal, N.Y., Morgan Thatcher posted a team-high 17 kills to lead the Wildcats (11-8, 3-0 America East) to their sixth straight win.
Field hockey
Drexel 3, UNH 2: In Philadelphia, Amanda Fleischut scored two goals, including the game-winner in overtime to lift No. 20 Drexel past No. 15 UNH. The Wildcats, who played their fourth consecutive overtime game and fifth of the season, fell to 5-5. Kellie Joyce tallied a career-high two assists, setting up goal scorers Lynne Lehman and Megan Bozek.
