Trinity run attack explodes past Kennett

Trinity did most of its damage on the ground in a 46-7 demolition of Kennett at Conway on Fridat night in Division IV football.
The Pioneers (5-1) rushied for five touchdowns by five different players: Austin Chambers (32 yards), Romeo Masuko (1), Brad Rhoades (31), Ryan Carrier (2) and Justin Johnson (8). Chambers also caught a touchdown pass and ran in a 2-point conversion, while Masuko ran in three 2-point conversions. The Eagles are 3-3.

Hanover 46, Kingswood 8: At Hanover, quarterback Shawn Cavallaro and wide receiver Cyrus Rothwell-Ferraris each scored three touchdowns to lead the Marauders (3-3). Cavallaro finished with 195 yards, hooking up with Rothwell-Ferraris for scores of 29 and 35 yards, adding a 19-yarder to Carl Kaeding.
Rothwell-Ferraris also found the endzone on a 15-yard run, while Kaeding pounded one in from a yard out. Jesse Cutting made a tackle in the endzone for a safety and finished with four tackles, while Noah Huizenga had five. Dan Eldridge scored on a 4-yard run in the third for

Timberlane 49, Merrimack 12: At Plaistow, the Owls (2-2) ran roughshod over the Tomahawks (0-5) as Josh David rushed for 139 yards and three touchdowns.
Timberlane quarterback Erik Nelson directed a potent offense, going 10-for-12 for 172 yards and three touchdowns. His 59-yard touchdown toss to Ryan McCarthy was part of a 35-point first half. Dylan Beaulieu got Merrimack on the board in the fourth quarter when he recovered a fumble in the endzone.

Concord 44, Londonderry 28: At Concord, the Crimson Tide (3-2) remained in the hunt for a spot in the Division I playoffs by scoring a pair of late touchdowns to hold off the Lancers (1-3).
Jonathan Young scored on a 6-yard run with 7:55 left to pull Londonderry to within 30-28, but Concord answered by putting together two late scoring drives as Tolbert Nemo and Robert law each ran in their third touchdowns of the game. Dylan Cole passed for a pair of touchdowns for the Lancers.
