Charlestown hunter found safe after search in Marlow

MARLOWE -- A hunter lost in the woods for hours was found safe Sunday morning by New Hampshire Fish and Game officers.
Eric Nutting, 31, of Charlestown went bow hunting for deer behind a friend's house in Marlow Saturday afternoon. His family reported him overdue and Fish and Game officers were notified at 9:30 p.m. Saturday.
Conservation officers found Nutting approximately half a mile from his car at 1:15 a.m. Sunday. He was found in a densely wooded area in the vicinity of Pumpkin Hill in Marlow. Nutting was uninjured.
