HARTFORD, VT. — A Plainfield resident is facing a DUI charge after allegedly attempting to order takeout while drunk.
Police in Hartford, Vt., say they received a call from distressed employees at a McDonald’s restaurant on Beswick Drive at 3:32 a.m. Sunday, after an individual who appeared to them to be intoxicated pulled up to a drive-thru window and attempted to order food. Upon arrival at the restaurant, police arrested Jedadiah Simino, 22, of Plainfield without incident for DUI.
