Seacoast radio station debuts new format
PORTSMOUTH — Clear Channel Media and Entertainment Portsmouth launched 95.3 The Coast on Tuesday with an adult hits format featuring acts from the '70s to contemporary.
The station will broadcast uninterrupted music programming, with a playlist that features such artists as Bon Jovi, Maroon 5, Madonna, Prince, No Doubt and KC and The Sunshine Band. To celebrate its debut, the station will be commercial-free through the end of the month.
Clear Channel Manchester/Portsmouth owns and operates WGIR-FM; WERZ-FM; WHEB-FM; WMYF-AM; WPKX-AM; WGIR-AM; WQSO-FM; WSKX-FM and is part of Clear Channel Media and Entertainment.
