Law firm has three in Best Lawyers list
MANCHESTER — Three attorneys with McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton, Professional Association, were honored by Woodward/White’s The Best Lawyers in America for their work in Manchester.
Jack B. Middleton was recognized for “bet-the-company” litigation, William V.A. Zorn for tax law and David Wolowitz for labor and employment litigation.
Best Lawyers compiles its lists of outstanding attorneys by conducting peer-review surveys in which lawyers confidentially evaluate their peers. The 19th edition of The Best Lawyers in America (2013) is based on more than 4.3 million detailed evaluations. McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton has offices in Manchester, Portsmouth and Concord, and Woburn, Mass.
Centrix Bank honors 26 employees
BEDFORD — Centrix Bank recently honored 26 employees their years of service at a special awards ceremony at the Bedford Village Inn.
Six employees were acknowledged for 10 years of service: Melissa Vieira, Brad Thorp, Susan Paradis, Robert Ricard, Randy Condo and Tia Blackman. In addition, 20 employees were honored for five years of service: Samantha Merrill, Diane Paradis, Trudy Tetro, Kathleen Donahue, Arthur Charland, Joyce Baldassare, Donna Briggs, Sharon Byrne, Garnette Crosby, Christine Boucher, Irene O’Brien, Jimmie Denwiddie Jr., Traci Doliber, Susan Aimes, Kathleen Lemire, Louise Rossiter, Christina Gregoire, Lorna Couture, Susan Carone and Crystal Surprenant.
Water works group has president-elect
David G. Polcari of Groveland has been elected president-elect of the New England Water Works Association, the region’s largest and oldest not-for-profit organization of water works professionals.
Polcari is an associate and New England client-service manager for CDM Smith, an international consulting engineering firm based in Cambridge, Mass.
He is based in the firm’s Manchester office
New England Council elects two from city
Diane Mercier, president-New Hampshire for People’s United Bank in Manchester and Mark Reilly, senior vice president of government and regulatory relations for Comcast Northeast Division in Manchester, were among 11 people from the New England business community elected to serve on the board of directors of the New England Council, a nonpartisan alliance of businesses, academic and health institutions, and public and private organizations.
Andrew Rutter joins Durham dental office
DURHAM — The dental offices of Dr. Bruce R. Bragdon and Dr. Kevin V. Dugas have added Dr. Andrew Rutter.
Rutter has purchased the practice. Dugas is retiring after completing the work that he has in progress and Bragdon will continue to practice for at least two more years.
Rutter is a graduate of Bucknell University and SUNY Buffalo Dental School. The practice is accepting new patients.
