Nashua man accused in rape


TRAVIS O'HEARN 

NASHUA — A local man is under arrest on charges he raped a neighborhood girl.

Travis O’Hearn, 27, of 23 Temple St., Apt. 117, is charged with two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault, both class A felonies, and one charge of sexual assault, a class A misdemeanor.

The sexual assault was reported at 1:30 am. Sunday, but police said the incident happened happened several days earlier.

What’s next:O’Hearn is being held on $50,000 cash/surety bail pending arraignment Monday in 9th Circuit Court, Nashua District Division.
