Chester man seriously injured in Auburn crash

AUBURN — A 47-year-old Chester man was airlifted to a Boston hospital Monday night after he rolled his truck on Route 121, police said.

The man, whose name police have not released, suffered life-threatening injuries.

The crash happened about 9:45 p.m. The driver was thrown from the truck when it veered off the road and rolled over.

A DHART helicopter, which landed at the Auburn Village School, took him to Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.
