Gov. Lynch directs flags to half staff for Sgt. 1st Class Ryan Savard
CONCORD —Gov. John Lynch has directed flags to half-staff today in honor of Sgt. 1st Class Ryan Savard.
Sgt. Savard, a New Hampshire native, was killed in action in Afghanistan last week and will be interred today at Arlington National Cemetery.
