Helliwell wins Milk Bow at Thunder Road
Wayne Helliwell Jr. of Dover earned a fourth place finish Sunday in the 50th annual People's United Bank Milk Bowl at the Thunder Road International Speedway in Barre, Vt.
Two-time Thunder Road Champion Dave Pembroke won the race while eight-time ACT Champion Brian Hoar finished runner-up followed by Maine's Glen Luce.
In the Allen Lumber Street Stock “Mini” Milk Bowl, Nick Pilotte of Jefferson finished second to Bunker Hodgdon of Hardwick, Vt., Taking third place was Ben Belanger of Whitefield.
