Four people tied to October burglaries in Farmington
FARMINGTON - As part of an ongoing investigation, four people, including one who's currently in jail, were recently arrested in connection with several burglaries last month.
Donald Nisbet, 26, of 77 Bunker St. Apt. 1, who is currently being held in Strafford County jail, was charged with witness tampering and two counts of stalking stemming from an incident along Sycamore Boulevard Oct. 14.
Last week, police arrested three people who are alleged associates of Nisbett.
On Wednesday, Sarah White, 24, and Elizabeth White, 50, both of 55 Sycamore Boulevard, were both charged with falsifying physical evidence for allegedly destroying items "in anticipation of the Farmington Police Department searching their house," according to a press release.
Sarah and Elizabeth White were both released on personal recognizance bail. They are scheduled to be arraigned in Rochester Nov. 20 at 8 a.m.
On Thursday, Gerard Gardner, 22, of 69 Chestnut Hill Road #3, Rochester, was charged with two counts of conspiracy to commit burglary. Gardner, who was released on $10,000 personal recognizance, is scheduled to be arraigned in Rochester Dec. 4.
Nisbet also was charged with two other counts of burglary for incidents at other homes. He was scheduled to be arraigned on the new charges this morning in Rochester District Court.
In October, Nisbet was charged with robbery, burglary, criminal threatening, false imprisonment, obstructing report of crime or injury, resisting arrest and five counts of criminal mischief in connection with two incidents along Sycamore Boulevard.
