CONCORD - The final tally for the political makeup of the New Hampshire House is 222 Democrats and 178 Republicans.
Tuesday was the second election in a row when New Hampshire voters threw out the House's ruling party.
Former House Speaker Terie Norelli of Portsmouth and Nashua Rep. David Campbell will vie to be the Democrat's choice for speaker in their caucus Nov. 17.
Former House Speaker Gene Chandler of Bartlett is expected to be the Republicans' choice as Minority Leader when the GOP members caucus Nov. 15.
