Scott was convicted of disorderly conduct in Orleans District Court, but he appealed it all the way up to the state Supreme Judicial Court, which overturned the conviction in 2010. Since then, Scott has sold his house in P’town and headed north with Bryan to New Hampshire to buy a second home.
