Nashua man faces criminal threat charge
NASHUA — A man who police say threatened a woman with a knife will be arraigned Wednesday in Nashua District Court on charges of criminal threatening.
Police say Richard Higgins, 37, of Nashua, was arrested Sunday in connection with an incident on Oct. 23 in which he allegedly pulled a knife on a woman when asked to leave a home. There were no injuries in the incident and police said the woman was known to Higgins.
He was released on $1,500 bail pending arraignment. He faces a felony charge of use of a deadly weapon.
