Supreme Court denies LGC motion to freeze $52M in public insurance rebates
CONCORD — The New Hampshire Supreme Court has denied a request from the Local Government Center to freeze an order that it refund $52 million to municipal customers and public employees, pending the LGC's appeal to the state's highest court.
