Police seek fake-bearded, mountain bike-riding robber in Keene
KEENE — Police are looking for a man wearing a fake black beard who held up the Ingenuity Country Store Friday evening at knifepoint, then fled on a mountain bike.
According to police, the man entered the Central Square store shortly before 6 p.m., jumped over the counter, displayed a knife and took cash from the register. He then fled on a bike and was last seen heading north out of the square.
Police described the man as having a stocky build; he was wearing an orange hooded sweatshirt and tan pants.
