''We're learning lots of new ways to extend the harvesting season. We've got lettuce growing in our main field right now under plastic row covers and we've got radishes and baby greens under plastic in other fields. The covers raise the temperature by about four degrees but that's enough to keep things growing, even in late November,'' says Howe.
