Flags in NH lowered Thursday for Rudman
CONCORD - Gov. John Lynch has directed flags to half-staff Thursday in honor of former U.S. Sen. Warren Rudman.
Rudman, a two-term senator from New Hampshire and former New Hampshire attorney general, died last week.
A memorial service will take place Thursday in Washington, D.C.
