Hunt continues for couple wanted in child abuse case
The District of New Hampshire - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is attempting to locate and arrest Plaistow Police Department fugitives Roland Dow and Jessica Linscott.
Both Dow and Linscott are being sought on outstanding arrest warrants for multiple counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child. These charges were brought after Linscott's child was brought to the hospital and revealed what could be characterized as an extended period of abuse and neglect, which has resulted in serious injuries to the child.
Dow and Linscott have family and friends throughout the southern New Hampshire area and are likely still in the area.
If you know of the whereabouts or have observed anyone that resembles Dow and/or Linscott, contact the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force or local police.
