Manchester police want to know about thefts from vehicles
MANCHESTER -- Police have charged a man found with an iPod reported stolen from a car on Theresa Court with receiving stolen property.
Police say they caught Malik Jones, 18, of Manchester after receiving a report of a suspicious person seen entering vehicles in the neighborhood. Detectives are looking for information on the ownership of other items that were in his possession when he was caught at South Beech and Mitchell streets.
In addition to receiving stolen property, Jones is charged with probling and violating bail conditions in connection with a pending case for resisting arrest.
