Goffstown police remind residents to update alarm permits

GOFFSTOWN - Police are reminding residents with alarm systems that they need to have their alarm permits re-approved by the end of the year.

A town ordinance requires that a permit be obtained prior to installing an alarm system, and that the permit be renewed on an aunual basis.

Failure to comply with the ordinance carries a fine of up to $100. There is no charge for the permit.
