Manchester man hurt when gun goes off
MANCHESTER - A man was injured Thursday when his handgun accidentally discharged, city police said.
Matthew Laughlin, 35, had returned from a hunting trip and was putting his 45-caliber handgun away when it went off, shooting his hand, Lt. James Flanagan said.
Flanagan said an investigation turned up "no criminal aspect" to the incident.
