MANCHESTER - Paul Andrew Raymond, 47, of 610 Second St., could enter no plea Thursday in Circuit Court-Manchester District Division to a felony charge of habitual offender, so a probable cause hearing was set for Dec. 27.

Raymond has similar charges pending in Merrimack and Concord courts, for which he failed to appear.

Police prosecutor Lt. Ron Mello said Raymond has had six citations for operating after suspension this year, one in Manchester in January, two in Hooksett and another in Manchester in October.

Mello said Raymond's behavior is of concern: "It doesn't matter what DMV does, he continues to drive."

Judge William Lyons granted Mello's request for $7,500 cash/surety bail on the new Manchester charges.

Trial was set set Feb. 12, 2013, on a misdemeanor of disobeying a police officer and a violation of uninspected motor vehicle in connection with the most recent traffic stop in Manchester.

Store was theft victim

A woman who was employed at Macy's at the Mall of New Hampshire was arraigned Thursday in Circuit Court-Manchester District Division on a felony charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

Jennifer Quinn, 29, of 252 Laurel St., is accused of removing $2,540 from cash registers between April 30 and July 11.

Quinn could enter no plea to the felony charge in Circuit Court, so a probable cause hearing was set for Jan. 2, 2013. She is free on $1,000 cash/surety bail, with conditions that include not going to Macy's.

Accused of stabbing door

Betsaida Coronado, 20, of 22 Brook St., pleaded innocent Thursday in Circuit Court-Manchester District Division to a misdemeanor charge of criminal mischief.

Coronado is accused of stabbing her boyfriend's bedroom door with a knife.

Coronado is free on $500 personal recognizance bail, with conditions that bar contact with her boyfriend and bar her from the Brook Street residence. Trial was set for Feb. 20, 2013.
