Police say Derry man caught speeding at 108 mph in I-93 construction zone
LONDONDERRY - A man from Derry faces charges of reckless operation next year after he was stopped for traveling 108 mph in a 55 mph construction zone on Interstate 93 Wednesday night at 7:35, state police said.
A dispatcher said that it was unknown what kind of car Edmund Sentkowski drove more than 100 mph around Exit 5 on I-93 South or for how long he maintained that speed until stopped by Trooper Aaron Richards.
Sentkowski is due in the Derry District Court for arraignment on Feb. 8, 2013.
