Manchester parking restrictions suspended for holiday
Odd-even parking restrictions in the city have been suspended over the long Christmas holiday weekend, Public Works Director Kevin Sheppard said.
The restrictions, which limit overnight parking to one side of the street, won't be in force from Saturday through Wednesday, Sheppard said.
