MANCHESTER - Jessie Dustin, 17, of 411 Kennard Road, pleaded innocent Wednesday in Circuit Court-Manchester District Division to two charges of criminal threatening and one of criminal mischief.

Dustin is accused of telling her mother and a sister: "I'm going to slit your throat." She is also accused of punching a hole in a door window.

Conditions of Dustin's $1,000 personal recognizance bail bar her from contact with either alleged victim and bar her from the Kennard Road home.

Trial was set for Feb. 27, 2013.

Nintendo unit was stolen

Andrew J. Millien, 24, of 438 Belmont St., pleaded innocent Wednesday in Circuit Court-Manchester District Division to misdemeanor charges of receiving stolen property and theft by deception.

Millien is accused of selling a Nintendo unit, that was reported stolen, to a pawn shop on Lake Avenue for $35.

Conditions of Millien's $1,000 personal recognizance bail bar contact with the owners of the Nintendo and pawn shop.

Felony forgery, theft charges

A New Boston man could enter no plea Wednesday in Circuit Court-Manchester District Division to felony charges of forgery and theft by unauthorized taking; a probable cause hearing was set for Jan. 9, 2013.

Frank Ducharme, 38, of 191 Riverdale Road, is accused of forging the owner's name on a vehicle title and then removing the vehicle, which he later sold.

Ducharme objected to the $5,000 cash/surety bail requested by police prosecutor Lt. Ron Mello.

But Judge William Lyons, citing Ducharme's criminal history of forgery and theft, would only lower the cash/surety bail to $3,000.

Victim wants contact

David Gadsby, 32, of 376A Kennard Road, pleaded guilty Wednesday in Circuit Court-Manchester District Division to two misdemeanor charges of simple assault and one of criminal threatening.

According to the charges, Gadsby was intoxicated when, during an argument with his girlfriend, he pushed and grabbed her, causing her to fall to the ground, and kneed her in the stomach. He also said he was going to hurt her.

Police prosecutor Lt. Ron Mello said the victim, who wanted contact with Gadsby, was in agreement with the terms of the negotiated plea. Gadsby was sentenced to six months in the House of Corrections, all suspended for two years of good behavior, and required to undergo a domestic violence evaluation with an approved provider and follow any recommendations for treatment.

Can't go back to residence

Bail conditions for Delise Griffis, 45, of 5 Clifford Ave., bar her from that residence. Griffis pleaded innocent Wednesday in Circuit Court-Manchester District Division to a misdemeanor charge of simple assault that alleges she kicked her boyfriend in the groin Tuesday at the Clifford Avenue residence.

Bail was continued at $500 personal recognizance with conditions that also bar contact with the alleged victim. Trial was set for Feb. 27.
