Woman charged with striking fellow inmate at Strafford County Jail
DOVER – A woman who’s already in jail was indicted this month for allegedly hitting a fellow inmate in October.
Emily Bundy, 28, was charged with two counts of assault by prisoner after she allegedly punched Rebecca Maines in the head and hitting her in the forehead with a food tray on Oct. 24 causing a laceration .
Assault by prisoner is a Class B Felony, which can yield up to 3 ½ to 7 years in prison and a $4,000 fine for each count if convicted.
Bundy is scheduled to be arraigned in Strafford County Superior Court Jan. 3 at 9 a.m.
