Windham school briefly locked down this morning
WINDHAM - The Windham Middle School went into lockdown for 15 minutes this morning as police investigated a report of gunshots heard near the school.
"A resident reported that he heard gunshots near the schools, and as a precaution the middle school was locked down," said superintendent Henry LaBranche.
The police searched the area but did not find anything, and the all clear was given for the middle school.
