Former home of Thompson Center Arms sold for $1.15M, possible home to car dealership after cleanup
ROCHESTER — The former site of Thompson Center Arms, on North Main Street in Rochester, officially sold on Dec. 19, according to the Rochester Assessing Office. The purchaser, 400 North Main Street LLC, bought the 13.1 acre site for $1,150,000.
