Hit-and-run driver sought in Laconia
The collision happened about midnight Wednesday at the intersection of Union Avenue and Messer Street. Police spoke to witnesses at the scene and are following up on leads, but the driver has yet to be found.
Union Avenue was closed for about five hours while crews made repairs and replaced the pole.
Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call police at 524-5252.
