Hanover skaters topple Concord, 2-1

For the second straight day, Concord's defense proved to be stingy, but not enough to derail Hanover Monday. Gus Lyons scored with 2:42 remaining in the game as the Marauders defeated the Crimson Tide, 2-1, in a Division I boys ice hockey contest at the Campion Rink in West Lebanon.

Concord (2-3-2) skated to a 2-2 tie against Trinity Sunday.

Hanover's Joe Cravero scored on a difficult angle shot in the first period but Concord's Colin Stevens matched it on the power play with 1:25 left in the first period.

Hanover improved to 4-3-2.

Christie is the real deal

We have found Gov. Chris Christie to be the most consistent, the most confident in his abilities, the most tested under fire, and the most likely to regain the White House from a disastrous Democratic regime.
