CONCORD — The New England Patriots $5 instant ticket is the top-selling instant ticket in the history of the New Hampshire Lottery, said lottery officials who report that overall ticket sales on the game have reached $835,000 since the game went on sale in late August.

Nearly 80 percent of the 1 million tickets in the game have been sold.

"Teaming up with the New England Patriots on this instant game has been an enormous success for the New Hampshire Lottery," said Charlie McIntyre, executive director of the New Hampshire Lottery.

The ticket offers a top prize of $50,000. Two of the second-chance drawings were held on Oct. 10 and Nov. 26. Two additional second-chance drawings will be held on March 1 and June 21.
