Manchester police say man stabbed in area of Merrimack Street
MANCHESTER — Police and fire officials responded late Thursday to the scene of a reported stabbing at an apartment at 457-459 Beech St.
Scanner reports indicated the victim had been stabbed in the neck.
Just after midnight, police were looking for a vehicle that had left the scene and two men, one possibly armed with a knife.
Radio dispatch broadcasts indicated that police found 25 to 30 people on the street outside the building about 11:45 p.m.
Police and fire officials refused to discuss the incident Thursday night, calling the situation "fluid."
