Farmington man arrested after incident at Rochester Walmart

ROCHESTER – Police arrested a Farmington man Friday after he allegedly shoplifted about $30 in groceries from the local Walmart.
 

Daniel Murphy, 51, of Farmington, was charged with misdemeanor willful concealment after officers received a report from the store on Farmington Road - Route 11 – around 2 p.m.
Sgt. Todd Pinkham said Murphy “was cooperative throughout the process.”
 
Murphy was released on $1,500 personal recognizance and is scheduled to be arraigned Feb. 25 at 8 a.m. in the 7th Circuit District Division, Rochester Court.
