Manchester teens charged for theft of 10 North Face jackets from Goffstown store
Javon D. Brown, 19, was arrested Monday on charges of criminal liability and conspiracy for his actions in the Dec. 6 theft of 10 North Face jackets from the Mast Road store, police said. He was arraigned Tuesday in Goffstown District Court and ordered held on $4,000 cash bail.
Hannah J. Fitzwater, 17, was arrested on the same charges Tuesday. She was released on $10,000 personal recognizance and will be arraigned Feb. 12 in Goffstown District Court.
