Cocheco Park residents say site for new Dover police station will rob elderly of their view

Charlene Hodson, resident coordinator and assistant property manager of the apartment building for the elderly and disabled, said if the proposed 4-story parking garage and the 28,000 square foot police station are built, residents will lose their view and be overwhelmed with a significant amount of additional foot traffic, cars and construction.
